  I don't even want to give them a 1 star, should have no stars, I'm with the other customer review about overcharging, every time I see those trucks I make sure to tell the customer about the bad experience, overcharged, lack of respect from their installer, even had the nerve to have me go to home depot to pick up part because he did not have it, and still charged labor time, no itemized list till after they send bill. Be very very careful, many many other plumbing companies to choose from, my sound advice is to stay far away from this one.
